A simple winter routine for calm, hydrated skin

Cold air and heating dry out the skin barrier. Here is the four-step routine our estheticians recommend.

When temperatures drop, the skin barrier loses moisture faster. Cold air outside and dry heating inside pull water from the skin, and the result is tightness, redness and a dull look that no highlighter can fix.

A four-step routine that works

Start with a gentle, non-foaming cleanser that respects your barrier. Follow with a hydrating serum with hyaluronic acid on damp skin, then seal everything in with a richer moisturizer with ceramides.

Finish every morning with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Winter sun still causes damage, especially on bright, clear days.

When to book a facial

If your skin still feels tight after two weeks, a HydraGlow facial can restore hydration in a single session. Our estheticians will also adjust your home routine for the season.
